Mr Barotian qualified as a dental surgeon in Umeå, Sweden in 1997.

He completed advanced dental training in ‘Conscious Sedation and Pain Management’ at the Eastman Dental Institute in London in 2012.

In 2014 he was awarded a gold certificate for the completion of a one year Dental Implantology course at the Tipton Training Academy.

Mr Barotian has a special interest in ‘Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry’.  He attends regular training courses, especially in his main field of interest.

Since moving to England he has lived and worked in East Sussex.  He became Principal of Beatty Dental in 2004.

Miss Szostak is known to her patients as Viola.  She is very popular due not only to her professionalism, but also because of her friendly and cheerful manner.

She qualified as a Dental Hygienist in Poland in 2005 and moved to the UK later that same year.  When she first moved to England she worked for a short time as a dental nurse.  She began working for Beatty Dental as a hygienist in 2008.

Jane has over 15 years of administrative and managerial experience in dentistry.

You will sometimes meet her on reception, but she is usually working behind the scenes ensuring that everything runs smoothly and in accordance with legal guidelines.

Justyna joined Beatty Dental in 2010. She studied for an NVQ and qualified in 2011. She continues to improve her dental knowledge by attending courses and reading dental articles.

Justyna is a very calm and friendly presence in surgery. She is always smiling and welcoming to patients.

Justyna is the nominated Infection Control nurse for the practice.

Claire joined Beatty Dental in 2012.  She qualified as a dental nurse in 2015.  Since 2017 Claire has changed her role to Dental Receptionist and approaches this with the same attention to deal and patient care.

Leah joined Beatty Dental in 2009. She is very vivacious and welcomes all patients with a smile.

Her cheery and easy-going manner help to make patients feel at ease.

When not working, Leah devotes her time to her family and her many animals.

Tracy joined the Beatty Dental team in July 2018.
